1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or step) and those living in the same household for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland residents, see clause 8 for further details) and the Republic of Ireland. 
3. Please retain an original itemised till receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry or an image of your promotional product clearly showing the batch code used at time of entry, as this will be required for claim and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. You must retain a unique till receipt or the promotional pack featuring batch code for each and every entry.
4. Internet access and a valid email address and your valid mobile number are required for entry. Bank account and till receipt or promotional pack featuring batch code image upload required in order to claim Prize. Facebook Messenger account required if entering using chatbot or you can enter directly online by visiting getmatchready.co.uk.
5. Promotion Period: Enter between 10:00 BST on 17^thMay 2021 and 23:59 BST on 25^th July 2021.
6. Wrap Up Draw Period: Entries between 00:00 BST on 26^thJuly 2021 and 23.59 GMT on 31^st January 2022 will be entered into the Wrap up draw.
7. To Enter:
   1. Purchase any promotional Pepsi Max/Walkers Max/Doritos product, as defined in clause 9.
   2. Scan the QR code on back of pack with your mobile camera.
   3. You will be redirected to Facebook Messenger to enter.
   4. Enter your batch code. On Walkers Max and Doritos packs the batch code can be found on the back of pack. On Pepsi Max the batch code can be found on the bottom of the can, or on the bottle neck for PET packs. See getmatchready.co.uk/faqs for further details
   5. Find out instantly if you are a winner.
   6. Winners need to submit a valid email address in order to receive a secure link to claim their prize.
   7. Image upload of the original itemised till receipt clearly showing purchase of a promotional product or the image of the promotional pack clearly showing the batch code submitted at the time of entry will also be required to claim their Prize.
   8. Those without a Facebook Messenger account can enter their batch code at www.getmatchready.co.uk to find out if they have won.
   9. If you enter via getmatchready.co.uk you will need to enter your email address, full name, mobile number and confirm that you are over 18 years of age at the time of entry and enter the batch code from your promotional pack to find out instantly if you have won a Prize. Online winners will also receive an email with a secure link to claim with image upload required as detailed above in clause 7g.
8. No Purchase Necessary (NPN) Route for Residents of Northern Ireland:Northern Ireland residents can send a correctly stamped letter detailing their full name, Northern Irish postal address, mobile number and email address to the following address: 6958 Get Match Ready 2021, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR. Entries to other postal addresses will not be accepted. One entry per envelope, 2 entries per person, per day and maximum 3 wins in total. The Promoter’s agency will send the NI entrant a unique batch code to the email address detailed and NI resident can enter the promotion with a fair and equal chance of winning via the same process as set out in clause 7 above. All NPN entries must be received at least 7 working days prior to the close date of the promotion in order to receive a unique code prior to the promotion close date. Any NPN entries received after this point and 7 working days before the closing date of the Wrap up draw Period will be receive a unique code so they can be entered into that draw (see clause 19).

10. Maximum of 2 entries per person, per day despite which entry method is used. Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotion, providing each entry is accompanied by a separate purchase and itemised till Each purchase may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.
11. A maximum of 3 Prizes per person can be won in total during the promotional period. Limited by Facebook Messenger account (if applicable), name, email address, mobile number & bank account.
12. In the Republic of Ireland this promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the District Court of Ardee on 12/01/2021. The lottery license is held by Dundalk Simon Community, Charity No: CHY10951. The purpose of this lottery license is to raise funds for Dundalk Simon Community, which works top prevent and address homelessness in the North-East of Ireland.
13. The Prizes: There are a total of 570,000 prizes available to be won. Not all prizes will be won. The Prizes available to be won are as follows:

    Level 3 – 500,000 x £10 Cash Prizes

    Winners in the Republic of Ireland will receive the Euro equivalent of the prize. The Euro equivalent is based on the exchange rate as listed on www.xe.com on 29/03/2021 which is 0.85 or 1.17 and equates to a Euro equivalent of €11.70, €23.40 or €117.00 respective of the prize won.

14. The Prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no other alternative in whole or in part.
15. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.
16. Winner Selection:Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant's chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 127,775,415 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. This percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent on participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
17. Winner Notification & Prize Claim: Winners will be informed immediately after a valid entry if they have won. Winners will be sent an email to the email address registered at the time of entry to claim their prize. To claim the prize the winner must click on the secure link in the email and complete the claim form. The following personal data is required: full name (as shown on bank statement and which must also match the name used upon entry), postal address including county, postcode and country of residence, bank name, bank account number and sort code for UK residents or IBAN and BIC code if you are a ROI resident. Winners will also need to upload their itemised till receipt which must predate and time their winning entry or an image of the promotional pack featuring the batch code matching the batch code submitted at the time of entry to claim their prize. Images must be uploaded in either .png, .jpg or .pdf format and a maximum of 5mb. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of receiving their winning email. Winners will receive confirmation on screen that their claim has been received. All reasonable efforts will have been made to remind the winner to claim their prize but in the event a winner does not claim their prize within the 14 days of receiving their winning email, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner.
18. Prize Delivery: All transfers are via BACS by the Promoter’s agency, Umbrella. Bank transfer is the only method of prize transfer available. Prizes will usually be delivered within 5 – 12 days but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 60 days of the winner claiming their Prize, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at info@getmatchreadywin.com. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect bank account details provided by the winner under clause 17.
19. Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection: All entries received between 26^th July 2021 and 31^st January 2022 will be placed into a Wrap Up draw to win 1 of 5 prizes of £100. The draw will then take place within 5 working days of the close the Wrap Up Draw Period from all eligible entries and under the supervision of Umbrella.
20. Wrap Up Draw Winner Notification: The 5 winners will be selected at random and notified within 14 days of the Wrap Up Draw date by email. Wrap up draw winners will have 14 days to claim their prize otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. The Prize of £100 will be issued via bank transfer to the details provided by the winners. The winner notification, prize claim and delivery is the same process as for the main campaign winners (see clause 17 & 18) and winners from ROI will receive the prize in Euros at the same rate as set in clause 13 above.
21. The Promoter fully respects freedom of speech, but prior to entering the promotion, those selected as winners must not have uttered, posted, published or caused to be published by way of press, radio, television or in any social medium, any comments that are likely to discredit or damage the reputation of the Promoter or their product(s) or service(s) or be in breach of the rules of the relevant media. In addition, winners must not do so during the life of the promotion. We do not tolerate racist or hateful behaviour and comments of this nature will result in you being banned from entering the promotion and reported to Facebook. If the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, decides that a winner has breached this condition, that winner’s entitlement to the Prize may be cancelled and a substitute winner chosen on the same basis as the original winner.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. Till receipt or promotional pack featuring batch code uploads must be unique and original for each and every claim. Any claimant found to have used a library or duplicate image will not receive their prize and will be disqualified from the promotion. Only itemised original receipts that pre-date and time the winner’s entry or promotional pack batch code images will be processed for verification. Winners must keep proof of purchase for each and every entry in case the Promoter requires them for verification purposes.
23. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to do so, or uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of entrants.
24. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surnames and counties of residence of the winners. The winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by visiting https://submit-irm.trustarc.com/services/validation/9cd03c4c-7bae-43f1-b29a-0498799cd8ec. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
25. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of residence of the Level 1 & 2 winners only will be made available by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to 6958 Perfect Match 2021, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR and will be available for a period of 8 weeks from the close date.
26. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a winner via social media and other press and media channels, with no further compensation.
27. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
28. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
29. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the web entry pages.
30. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
31. All entries into the promotion will be monitored via Facebook Page-Scoped ID, email address/mobile number and image upload. If the Promoter or the Promoter’s agencies suspect that a participant is entering into the promotion in order to increase their chances of winning and in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion then the Promoter will reserve the right to ask for proof of purchase for each and every entry in order to award a prize or the Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify that person’s entries and void any prize awarded.
32. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
33. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
34. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
35. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products, or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. 36. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

All participants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and that Facebook has no liability for any element of the promotion. By participating in this promotion, to the extent permissible by law, all entrants release Facebook from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the promotion. All entries via Facebook Messenger shall also be subject to the Facebook terms of use at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms.
38. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
39. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
40. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
